Finally I&#8217;m growing a peach ? 1 year on with my coach @joeparish. (2015-2016) This is exactly why you should take progress pictures (even if mine aren&#8217;t the greatest ?) I have always trained myself, however I&#8217;d just rock up to the gym and think, what do I fancy doing today. I never really had a program to follow, therefore never really knowing if I was progressing, increasing the weight or getting extra reps out. Do you just &#8216;wing&#8217; it each session? Do you feel like you&#8217;re not making progress? Start by getting a log book\/notepad and track your workouts! Then each week, try to do a similar program (the exact same would be optimal) and see if you can increase the load or do an extra rep, that&#8217;s progress!!! This is the same for your food intake, track what you eat- 1: to be aware of what you eat on a daily basis and 2: so you can increase or decrease foods depending on your specific goal.
