Unfortunately, as much as I LOVE my eggs I\u2019ve discovered my body doesn\u2019t always agree and has an annoying tendency to bloat if I have too many. So, a nice treat when I&#8217;m off the gym and fats are higher.<\/p>\n<p>Today breakfast consisted of heck sausages and scrambled egg.<\/p>\n<p>Macro breakdown:<br \/>\n393 calories<br \/>\n2.5g carbs<br \/>\n22g fats<br \/>\n61.8g protein. <\/p>\n<p>And most importantly\u2026it was delicious!<\/p>\n<p>Am I saying you should be having the same? Of course not!<\/p>\n<p>Our bodies are unique; you need to play with your foods to see what works best for you. I struggle to eat carbs before mid-afternoon anyway whereas some of my clients need those carbs first thing.
