This hasn&#8217;t always been the case, I used to always skip breakfast due to being &#8216;too busy&#8217; or thinking &#8216;I&#8217;ll loose weight by missing a meal&#8217; How wrong I was! I now can&#8217;t wait for each meal I eat during the day. I love how I eat to feel good, look good, function well and most importantly lift heavy!!!! Without the right nutrients in my body I would not be able to allow my body to work to it&#8217;s optimum. Going to the gym and smashing your sessions is the easy part, it&#8217;s so important to focus on your nutrition, getting this right isn&#8217;t easy.
