And with time comes knowledge. 2 photos exactly a year apart, both on the back of a holiday too coincidentally. .<br \/>\nLeft photo<br \/>\n?? starting point of my 20 week photoshoot prep<br \/>\n?? restrictive eating (around 1400 calories)<br \/>\n?? 50g of carbs on training days ONLY<br \/>\n??Reverse diet from last photo shoot completely fucked up!! ??Training 5 times a week, fairly heavy<br \/>\nRight photo ??current situation, no aesthetic goal planned ??Food is not restrictive (1900 &#8211; 2300 calories) Great reverse diet after 2nd photo shoot &#038; high carb intake training and non training days! ?? Training 5 times a week, HEAVY AF!! PT on board to educate me &#8211; massively helped!!!<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nLegs\/hips have massively improved over the year which has been my &#8216;problem area&#8217; from day 1. Considering the end result I achieved after 20 weeks last year I am actually really curious as to see what I&#8217;ve got under all that &#8216;fluff&#8217; at the moment.
