Well, I&#8217;m absolutely delighted to confirm that you can now apply to be on this incredible programme as the website is now&#8230;(drum roll)&#8230;LIVE! The programme is kicking off in September and runs for 13 weeks taking you through 3 athletic phases of training; movement, strength and conditioning and then power and performance.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s completely remote and apart from attending 2 testing days (at the start and finish) you can follow it from anywhere on the planet meaning that where you go, it goes too.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nThere&#8217;s heaps of support covering not just the training side of things but nutrition, recovery and mindset which are all hugely important when wanting to see change!<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nCheck out some of the incredible results and experiences that P13 athletes have already achieved and make sure you apply before 18th August if you&#8217;d like to be part of this incredible journey.
