(yep we&#8217;ve all done them, me included)<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nPicture 2 &#8211; weight lifting heavy, minimal cardio &#8211; 58kg, ALL the food ????????????<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nLadies (and men) get off the cardio machines and get yourself in the weights area ????? ??<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nNow I&#8217;m not saying cardio doesn&#8217;t have its place but if you want that toned figure, just take a look again at my pictures! I have always been active with gymnastics being my back ground however, naked, I didn&#8217;t hold a nice toned body! I was comfortable whilst dressed but didn&#8217;t really love or even like my body when not.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nLearn to love your body from the inside out! *<br \/>\nEat well, train hard and your body will love you for it! P.S. There is about 5 years difference between the two pics so yes it takes time, yes it&#8217;s takes hard work and yes it takes consistency! This doesn&#8217;t just happen over night or just because you hire a coach\/trainer!
