Clearly not in a happy\/healthy place!<br \/>\nI used to fuel my body with whatever I could get my hands on through the day as I generally worked through my lunch and would snack rather than eat a proper meal.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nA lot has changed in 3 years! I finally left my job to pursue my passion in helping others to love their own lives!<br \/>\n*<br \/>\n2017 &#8211; aged 37 years old (yea I know I don\u2019t look it ?) In a happy place in my life, career, mind and body! I feel younger now today than I did 3 years ago! I now take a balanced approach to life with food. I love to socialise with family and friends.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\n\u2018You smile with your eyes\u2019 a lot of people say to me! Now I can truly say that behind those eyes is a happy person!
