I eat lots, especially carbohydrates (bread, potatoes, crumpets, bagels, cereal and more). I don\u2019t currently restrict my foods, as I\u2019m not in competition prep for anything!<br \/>\n\u2022<br \/>\nI am the same weight in both pictures 61kgs, however I\u2019m in smaller clothes, as my body has \u2018toned\u2019, (this seems to be what every girl wants who contacts me)<br \/>\n\u2022<br \/>\nLadies you have to jump off the cross trainer, treadmill or stair master and get in the weights area! I\u2019m not saying cardio equipment does have its place but it won\u2019t give you that \u2018toned\u2019 body you are after.<br \/>\n\u2022<br \/>\nIt takes time, dedication and consistency  to change your body. You need to start lifting!
