I apologise now for flashing my ass at you, but glute training, booty gains and \u2018that pose\u2019 are the things that infuriate me the most when it comes to female training &#038; I feel the need to rant &#038; set a few things straight (from my experience) .<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nOn the left (Oct 2015) I NEVER trained my glutes! I was in a calorie deficit &#038; had been for 11 months, I\u2019d been doing an hour of cardio daily for 4-6 weeks prior to this photo being taken. The result = flat as a pancake!<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nThe right photo (March 2018) I\u2019d been purposefully training my glutes &#038; hamstrings once, sometimes twice a week consistently for 12 months, but prior to this I\u2019d also been training my lower body for 12 months, mainly quad focussed during that time though. I opt for 3 lower sessions per week as leg day is always my fave ? .<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nSo when I say purposefully train my glutes, you know, all those glute kick backs, fire hydrants, 30 day squat challenges ? &#8211; WRONG!!! It pains me to think that so many girls out there think they actually work. The same way that girls stand with their hip stuck right out, back arched &#038; captioned \u2018booty gains\u2019 &#8211; I mean, seriously, can you actually walk like that!? NOPE! So why stand like that ????? Angles are great for photos ? but trying to pass something off as gains when it\u2019s not, you\u2019re only kidding yourself. I actually tried to pose like that in the gym last week whilst ranting away to @karlaevanspersonaltraining and I honestly don\u2019t know how these girls even get into that position ? Anyway, if you actually want to build your perky, peachy sassy ass ?then you\u2019ve got to put the real work in, &#038; I mean hard work! .<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n@karlaevanspersonaltraining works me hard, but the results speak for themselves.
