I have been working with the safety bar for a few months now and absolutely love it!<br \/>\n\u2022<br \/>\nThe safety squat bar is a great variation for font squats.<br \/>\n\u2022<br \/>\nThis workout was 3&#215;6 the video here shows me doing my first set of 6 at 75kg, this was after doing two warm up sets.<br \/>\n\u2022<br \/>\nIt\u2019s perfect for strengthening the glutes and quads and allows for full ROM with a good spinal position which mantains and improves mobility in the lower joints.
