Back is probably one of the most difficult muscle groups for people to engage because you can\u2019t see it!?<br \/>\n\u2022<br \/>\nIt\u2019s so easy to just use your arms to pull the weight if you\u2019re not thinking about what you actually want to build.<br \/>\nIt definitely took me some time to be able to connect my brain with my lats (and not my upper traps or arms) when I first started weight training.
