I have consistently worked on gaining weight whilst holding on to a (relatively) good body composition. I\u2019m not going to lie it\u2019s been a struggle, at some points I&#8217;ve gained weight too quickly with having Christmas, birthdays and a 2.5 week holiday away. ?
