There&#8217;s a few changes already in place, new movements (in the video I&#8217;m performing a Woolam Row I did go heavier but I&#8217;m still also getting used to it not being a strict movement) to increase my deadlifts and bench, no acrylic nails ? and the move of classes to the -67kg. So I get to enjoy ALL the food ?!
