Tom Smith my coach!<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nYesterday he competed in the @gpc_gb British Finals @gpcgbbristol because we believed in him and basically told him to do it ? After he won the qualifiers he was done but we @voltgymuk  powerlifting convinced him to do the finals. So glad we did he won his weight class ?<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nHe has been in prep for over 6 months (doing 3 competions), which is tough not only on your body but on your mindset too.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nHe rocks up week in week out to coach and train us.
