Some days are harder than others and today was one of those days.<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve had a crazy ? busy week and really wasn&#8217;t in the mood to head back in to the gym for 7pm, I could quite happily have just stayed snuggled on my sofa with my princess ??<br \/>\n*<br \/>\nThe training however isn&#8217;t going to do itself! So I dragged my ass in and got my session done. I was so tired at the start I literally could have fallen asleep on the bench but by the end of the session I felt great and another box for the week has been ticked ?
