So today never went as planned but that’s life & men who like to shop ?. I didn’t get to train early but that meant I ate a lot more of my foods throughout the day before I did train and BOOM, it clearly shows. My first session of my new program is on the bottom and tonight’s session is the top one! I went up on most of my exercises and some by quite a lot! I felt good, strong, confident and happy! (I had also just had a pep talk with the coach @joeparish ?) So I’m not sure why I smashed this session:- Food? Mindset? Determination? Whatever it was it felt damn good! Track your numbers, it’s important for many reasons:- progression, mindset, accountability.
