First week on my new training split done ? 4 X Powerlifting & 2 X Bodybuilding.

I’m excited to see what can be achieved over the next 14 weeks. There’s a few changes already in place, new movements (in the video I’m performing a Woolam Row I did go heavier but I’m still also getting used to it not being a strict movement) to increase my deadlifts and bench, no acrylic nails ? and the move of classes to the -67kg. So I get to enjoy ALL the food ?! I decided along with my coaches this was the way forward as my body is happy and training well so why try to drop, plus I’m done dieting.

Bring on the gains and let’s watch those numbers increase (I hope) ??????
