Great first session back in on my new program after last week’s ‘fun’ comp. Now it’s time to knuckle down for the next 14 weeks ready for the British Qualifiers! Tonight’s session was easy, squats 5×5 at 82.5kg, Bench (when I finally was able to get a rack ?) 3×12 at 40kg followed by DB incline press and DB Rows. Coached by @smithstrength1 & @joeparish
