Do what you need to do and when you need to do it to keep motivated. Some days are harder than others and today was one of those days.

I’ve had a crazy ? busy week and really wasn’t in the mood to head back in to the gym for 7pm, I could quite happily have just stayed snuggled on my sofa with my princess ??

The training however isn’t going to do itself! So I dragged my ass in and got my session done. I was so tired at the start I literally could have fallen asleep on the bench but by the end of the session I felt great and another box for the week has been ticked ? Even got a PB on my OHP!

Only two sessions left. ????
