Upper session done (3rd session of the week!) I’m posting for two reasons, 1. To show you ‘bulging Burt’ (my vein named years ago by an old coach ?) and 2. To give myself accountability for the week in order to get my sessions in. Do you ever say you’ll go to the gym or eat better, but then are too busy or get side tracked and before you know it, you haven’t been to the gym and you’ve ended up snacking on not the most nutritious of foods. Well try making yourself accountable, tell someone what you intend to do, write it down, take pictures of your goals.
