Now I’m not saying cardio doesn’t have its place but if you want that toned figure, just take a look again at my pictures! I have always been active with gymnastics being my back ground however, naked, I didn’t hold a nice toned body! I was comfortable whilst dressed but didn’t really love or even like my body when not.

Eat well, train hard and your body will love you for it! P.S. There is about 5 years difference between the two pics so yes it takes time, yes it’s takes hard work and yes it takes consistency!
