Happy Hump Day ?

On the left -April 2014 – was hours of cardio (mainly cross country running) under eating throughout the week, then binging at a weekend (as I’d done SO well all week) I was always looking for that next magic diet, pill, juice, soup, to shed those lbs!

On the right – now- is consistent strength training, eating to fuel my body, enjoying my food daily not just at a weekend! I eat lots, especially carbohydrates (bread, potatoes, crumpets, bagels, cereal and more). I don’t currently restrict my foods, as I’m not in competition prep for anything!

I am the same weight in both pictures 61kgs, however I’m in smaller clothes, as my body has ‘toned’, (this seems to be what every girl wants who contacts me)

Ladies you have to jump off the cross trainer, treadmill or stair master and get in the weights area! I’m not saying cardio equipment does have its place but it won’t give you that ‘toned’ body you are after.

It takes time, dedication and consistency to change your body. You need to start lifting! And HEAVY!!!! ?? #bodybuilding #confidence #toned #lift
