So it’s not always possible in life to get to the gym! I’m off to York for my friends 30th birthday, being picked up soon. No time to get a workout in due to the gym not opening early enough. I decided to do a mini glute workout at home and managed to get a good sweat on ? (I will however train tomorrow instead)

20 hydrants (each leg)
15 glute bridge (with single leg extension each leg)
15 donkey kicks (each leg)
20 curtsy lunges
Repeat x5
