Sunday prep is under way! September is a crazy busy month for me. Back to school, training, clients, life in general. I always let it take over my life and start the month thinking ‘oh I hate September it’s awful’
So this year I’m going into it with a new positive approach! I am making sure I am prepped for my week ahead, learning to say no to extra curricular jobs at work (make sure you say yes for you and no other reason), taking time for me! I am creating habits for the winter months too, which tend to be the hardest for most of us due to the dark cold mornings. I’m going to bed at the same time each night and getting up the same time each day, once this becomes a habit my 5am starts will feel less daunting!
Motivation can become tough, so buddy up with friends to go the gym, become accountable!
