From my first meal of the day (turkey bacon, avocado and greens) to my last meal of the day (100g rice krispies with almond milk) I love to eat and can’t wait for my breakfast each morning! This hasn’t always been the case, I used to always skip breakfast due to being ‘too busy’ or thinking ‘I’ll loose weight by missing a meal’ How wrong I was! I now can’t wait for each meal I eat during the day. I love how I eat to feel good, look good, function well and most importantly lift heavy!!!! Without the right nutrients in my body I would not be able to allow my body to work to it’s optimum.
