When you get messages like this off your clients! This lady came to me saying she only drinks ‘brews’ (lots of them with biscuits dunked in, can’t have it without), water makes her sick ? So I bought her a bottle to add lemons, limes etc to the water ? to help her get her water intake in. She’s now drinking 2 of these bottles of water a day (still having her cups of tea but without biscuits ?), in just under 2 weeks! This is massive progress and with such a small change she’s now starting to see and feel the benefits. Create one small habit a week and it’ll stick instead of going ALL in and being overwhelmed, then potentially quitting. This should be a lifestyle change not a quick fix! Well done to my client!
