Ok so today after a 27week prep I took to the stage at the UKDFBA Caledonian Classic at my first competition. To say I was nervous was an understatement ? I felt great and thanks to my coach @joeparish and @leannehurst (who came up to support me as part of @teamjphysique) I felt ready to go smash it body composition wise and with the help of my amazing posing coach @musclejayne who has put up with my tantrums and lack of girliness ? I rocked that stage! Wearing my stunning bikini ? from @annebikinisale who made me the most incredible bikini I have ever set eyes on. Anyway I went on strutted my stuff and showed off my hard work! It still feels like a bit of a blur but I am so proud to say after a split decision and tie break 1st place, I brought home 2nd place which I am SO pleased with! I was up against some amazing girls and met some beautiful people inside and out! I’d like to say thank you to my coach @joeparish for putting up with me, mainly my ? talks ? and broken big toe drama 2 weeks out! It’s been a tough 7 months I will say that! I would like to dedicate my trophy ? to my nana who I sadly lost during my comp prep, she was a strong, stubborn woman who gave me the drive and determination to always achieve the best! I would also like to say that you to all my friends (they know who they are ?) for being there to support me through the laughter, tears and tough times! Couldn’t have done it without them! I’d also like to that all my clients who have supported me and wished me well today! Love you all!!! Sorry for going on! But I’m now off to continue enjoying a posh BBQ of fish and steak with my most support people ever my family and BF! Thank you everyone.
