Transformation Tuesday

This week goes out to one of my 1-2-1 clients – It’s got nothing to do with age and everything to do with energy and will.
#
Don’t ever let age dictate what you can/cannot do.
#
This is what 10 months of a lot of hard work and consistency can do.
#
The main goal here was for Derrick to get better posture as he has been a bricky all his life and felt his posture wasn’t good. He wanted to feel better in his body and about himself with being over 60 years of age.
He wants to be there for his grandchildren, not ‘sat on a sofa with a huge belly drinking beer and watching the rugby, unable to play with them’ (Der’s words)

Now we will never be able to correct his posture fully but over time, as you can see form the pictures, with weight training only twice a week, we have been able to give him a better posture.
#
Fitness has now become part of his life, going from drinking numerous bottles of wine and going the pub weekly with the lads to now going the gym on a Sunday fresh head and enjoying walks through the park with the grandchildren and family.
#
I’m excited to see with Derricks continued dedication and commitment, what changes can be made.
