My #wcw goes to @bibster124 this is only her 2nd week of deadlifting and is absolutely smashing it ?? Gail (who is over 60) is so dedicated, committed and driven by her own (new) goals. She totally smashed her previous goals (10 solid press ups on her toes as well as various others) that we set when we first started working together. She’s currently lost over 57lbs ? Gail now has a great relationship with food (even water ?) and is able to enjoy going out for meals, weekends away and holidays all whilst sticking to her nutrition & training. These pictures make me beam with pride ?? as when Gail first started with me she was unable to even step up on a 3 “ box due to pain in her knees, feet etc. Strength training, conditioning and hitting a daily step goal over 8-10k has seen this change dramatically ? #wcw #strong #dedicated #bodytransformation #goals #motivation #inspiration #ageisjustanumber
