Inspired after reading @leannehurst post yesterday. I was intrigued to see what progress is made over the 2.5 years of being with TJP ?

I take my check in photos week on week and rarely see the difference, even though my coach @joeparish tells me all the time! ?

As talked about in previous posts, I’ve got my mojo back for training. I’m enjoying training with friends at different gyms and love my new gym @voltgymuk (nearer to where I now live) ???????

So I thought I’d bring up my 3 photos from 2016, 2017 and 2018! Well wow! How shocked was I!

I will be truthful in the first photo I ate around 1400kcals a day and then went all out at a weekend, training hard 5 times a week. The second photo was at the very beginning (1 week in) of last years prep. I was consuming around 2000kcals a day, no cardio and training 5 times a week. I’d definitely made progress in that year! On to the last photo, taken on Sunday, I’m on 2000kcals a day and at weekends I eat ‘Karla Macros!’ Hee hee so these vary but are always over 2200kcals. I only train 4 days a week and do a few conditioning sessions sometimes with one of my clients. I actually couldn’t believe the changes.

I can honestly say I’m in a much happier place in the most recent photograph than the first one! ??

When I say to my clients please take progress pictures, the general look I get is of absolute horror but as you can see from my photos above they are so important! ?

Yes I know my numbers have been going up in the gym, I’m feeling super strong and super motivated but seeing these has compounded all my hard work even more so! Thanks so much @leannehust for inspiring me check out my own progress! ?
