When you’ve not deadlifted for over 4 months it’s always best to easy yourself back in gently…with a session consisting of ? reps and a 1RM of 95kg ???BOOM! .

I haven’t deadlifted for such a long time for a few reasons: 1?? My technique wasn’t great, as a result of having a weak core, 2?? They would always cause me injury as a result of 1??, 3?? they’re a complete mind fuck when it comes to progression. .
.
But today, I felt pretty solid, didn’t feel any rounding in my back (as the video shows (@75kg) and technique has well and truly improved as I’ve learnt more around bracing and engaging the correct muscles through working with @karlaevanspersonaltraining.
Just need to work on those incredibly tight hips now ? .
