So this morning consisted of me wanting to just lift heavy sh*t over & over again! ?? I’ve not deadlifted in months as my current focus is on my squats ????? However I’ve been missing them so much! So decided to go in this morning just to do deadlifts with @aslowe24 who has been working on her core to aid her big lifts over the last few months. We ended up doing over ? reps in total and as you can see by my video of 95kg I only got one rep ? Think my body had given up! I did try for 2 more but they just weren’t moving (yep I threw a paddy at the end ?) What lifts do you enjoy doing? Do you ever just go in an play? Do you enjoy your sessions? I’m loving my current training program as I have 4 structured days working towards my goals and 1 day were I can go in and just do what I want to do!
