21 Day Kickstarter Programme

A completely FREE 3 week programme for you to kickstart your health & fitness and find out more about the 13 week P13 programme.

* Structure – a progressive training plan including 3-4 challenging yet fun sessions to be done each week. Each session includes options for you to work at beginner / intermediate and advanced level

*Learning – learn not just what exercises and types of training are effective but how to do them properly to maximise the benefit

*Balanced nutrition – forget the caveman / keto / low fat / low carb diets. The truth is, we don’t live in prehistoric times, the world has moved on and diets don’t work. We’ll share with you a simple and flexible nutritional approach that keeps your health and fitness goals on track whilst still allowing for indulgence

*Support – this course will be run through a private Facebook group where you’ll be able to benefit from continual support from the coaches and bags of encouragement from the others joining you

*Proof of your progress – we are not into unrealistic, rapid yet short-lived transformations and that’s why all of our support and guidance is sustainable. However, we are extremely confident that the programme works and we’ll show you how in just 3 weeks you can start seeing a difference that will last
