Are you just moving the weight or are you actually FOCUSING on using the intended muscles on every rep??? Back is probably one of the most difficult muscle groups for people to engage because you can’t see it!?

It’s so easy to just use your arms to pull the weight if you’re not thinking about what you actually want to build.
It definitely took me some time to be able to connect my brain with my lats (and not my upper traps or arms) when I first started weight training. It’s now one of my favourite muscle groups to train, apart from legs of course!???

Having good form definitely helps a lot and also just being concisely aware of your range of motion during each particular exercise.
