She started only 4 weeks ago, nothing crazy just addressing some food habits and creating new ones, she doesn’t currently go to a gym but does play rugby ? and runs ???? a few times a week.

The year is nearly over (only 29 days left) ? but can you imagine if you started your transformation now and where you’d be before the end of the year.?

You to can love your body again, recover that lost confidence and improve your health. As long as you are putting in the work and stay consistent, progress is being made.??? Take pictures, keep working, make mistakes, but come back and don’t give up! You can and will do this! ??
