So I’ve been in a calorie surplus since getting back from the WNBF World’s LA last Novemeber.

My training has completely changed going from bodybuidling to powerlifting. I have consistently worked on gaining weight whilst holding on to a (relatively) good body composition. I’m not going to lie it’s been a struggle, at some points I’ve gained weight too quickly with having Christmas, birthdays and a 2.5 week holiday away. ? I’ve had a great 6 months but it’s now time to reign in it back in a little bit now as new gaols are being set.??

This is the heaviest I’ve ever been but I feel and my caoch @joeparish would probably agree the best body composition I’ve had at this weight, since we began working together over 3 years ago.?

Performance in the gym is the strongest it’s ever been and will continue to improve whilst working with @joeparish and @smithstrength1
