Happy Hump Day ? Finally I’m growing a peach ? 1 year on with my coach @joeparish. (2015-2016) This is exactly why you should take progress pictures (even if mine aren’t the greatest ?) I have always trained myself, however I’d just rock up to the gym and think, what do I fancy doing today. I never really had a program to follow, therefore never really knowing if I was progressing, increasing the weight or getting extra reps out. Do you just ‘wing’ it each session? Do you feel like you’re not making progress? Start by getting a log book/notepad and track your workouts! Then each week, try to do a similar program (the exact same would be optimal) and see if you can increase the load or do an extra rep, that’s progress!!! This is the same for your food intake, track what you eat- 1: to be aware of what you eat on a daily basis and 2: so you can increase or decrease foods depending on your specific goal.
