Trust the process ?? It is hard sometimes to realise you are making progress especially when certain numbers don’t move. This last 4 weeks I’ve really focused on my training, giving myself adequate time to train properly. Slowly session by session the numbers have increased. I’m continually learning about my own body and how best to recruit and target each muscle group, the video isn’t perfect I know but I felt strong and looking at it I was proud of the progress my back has made. Foods, contrary to what people may believe, has stayed the same for the last 4 weeks too! Yes I’m now doing 4x30min fasted cardio but that’s all! I am however busting my ass every session! Can you honestly say you give each session your all? Or do you take extra rest time? Stop when it hurts? Miss sets out? Not eat enough food? All these are important factors to achieving your goals. Consistency is key! Believing in the process is paramount! Most importantly it takes time! This is no quick fix and it’s not easy. You have to want it and then earn it!
