Thought I’d try something different today on my high carb day due to my tummy not dealing well last week with them (I enjoyed it but my gut didn’t ?) I love pasta ? well the kind of idea of the meal I think more than the actual pasta itself. Do you not eat foods because they upset your tummy, Or you maybe they aren’t in line with your goals…whatever the reason you need to learn to get creative in the kitchen! I wanted and decided I was having chicken tagliatelle tonight! ? That is exactly what I’ve got. I knew that having pasta (last week) and the amount I knew I’d want ? my tummy just wouldn’t cope again, so I bought this sweet potato tagliatelle from Sainsburys, added some chicken, ready made tomato and basil sauce and my new obsession of edamame beans! Boom! Here you have an absolutely delicious meal! Calories 535, Protein 50.3g Carbs 60.4g & Fats 8.8g As large as this meal seems it was very light to eat, but very filling! Yep I even licked the bowl ???
