2014 – aged 34 years old working in a job I thought I loved, getting up everyday but counting each one waiting for the next school holiday! Clearly not in a happy/healthy place!
I used to fuel my body with whatever I could get my hands on through the day as I generally worked through my lunch and would snack rather than eat a proper meal.

A lot has changed in 3 years! I finally left my job to pursue my passion in helping others to love their own lives!
*
2017 – aged 37 years old (yea I know I don’t look it ?) In a happy place in my life, career, mind and body! I feel younger now today than I did 3 years ago! I now take a balanced approach to life with food. I love to socialise with family and friends.

‘You smile with your eyes’ a lot of people say to me! Now I can truly say that behind those eyes is a happy person! Happiness is worth the fight!
