?Little Quad Burn Finisher?

Today’s session was all about getting in and feeling it, due to being unable to train legs properly for two weeks thanks to a lack of feeling in my right leg?

Had a great session – everything moved and felt good, focused mainly on glutes/hamstrings. So thought I wouldn’t let the quads miss out?

Finishing with leg press x15 straight into sissy squats x10 for 4 sets! I trained with @ so it was ‘you go I go’ as you can hear and see in the video this wasn’t fun by the 3rd set!!!!!?

Got a feeling I may feel my legs tomorrow, which for most is a huge dread but after having a numb right leg for over a week and a half it’s great to actually feel it again!???
