Blessed to have such an awesome piece of equipment to work with @voltgymuk. I have been working with the safety bar for a few months now and absolutely love it!

The safety squat bar is a great variation for font squats.

This workout was 3×6 the video here shows me doing my first set of 6 at 75kg, this was after doing two warm up sets.

It’s perfect for strengthening the glutes and quads and allows for full ROM with a good spinal position which mantains and improves mobility in the lower joints. It’s also key when building the anterior core and posterior chain.
