Great start to my Friday morning ?????

22kg Dumbbell chest press this morning, nice little early PB for me ??
Last time I tried this weight I got 1 and a 1/2 out and nearly crushed myself ?
This time however, I managed 2 sets of 6 – as I’d already done 1 set with 20kgs and thought hey why not, don’t think I was fully awake anyway ?
There was a time where I seemed to be stuck on 18kgs no matter how much I tried ????? So happy for progress, especially on an early Friday morning ? (I was bracing before anyone says about locking my back down, in my head it was on the bench but looking back it clearly wasn’t, I do have lumbar lordosis though, yep bad posture ?)
