I love what I do & I love being able to be an example to the people I coach ?????
One thing I try to instill in to them is training with ‘intensity’ and pushing themselves out of their ‘confront zone’.
When I train for myself… I train my ass off!
If you are comfortable with the weight that’s on the bar, or finish a workout and say ‘that was easy’
YOU SIMPLY AREN’T TRAINING HARD ENOUGH ???
