Just over a years progress ??
*
My client has been working hard over the past 15 months. She still struggles to see how far she has come.?

This is over a year of great gym sessions, PB’s and strength gains. When she first came to me she could deadlift 40kg with a struggle but now she is deadlifting 135kg, and hip thrusting over 150kg for reps. She’s also had a lot of crappy sessions, failed reps, tears and anxiety. As she is always so hard on herself and due to the social media world, chases that insta model body instead of embracing her amazing physique that she has built over the past year!?
*
She’s spent over a year with me soaking up all the education on her training technique, nutrition, tracking macros and how to meal prep and eat out. Living life. She’s enjoyed amazing meals out, incredible holidays away ??(quite a few to be fair), great adventures and a few binges, as well as under-eating, but she has learned so much over this past year and it’s got her to where she is today.
*
She’s loving her training and the friendships it’s brought into her life, training alongside like minded people.
The gym gives her clarity in her life and a chance to clear her mind and allows her to be able to be more rational in other areas of her life.?

Progress isn’t linear. You don’t wake up one day and decide that everything you do from now on is going to be perfect. PERFECT DOESN’T EXIST! It’s what you do long term, putting the bad days behind you and showing up anyways, choosing to pick yourself up and just keep going not matter what. If you’re feeling stuck and like you’re not making progress, take a second to gain a little perspective…chances are you’re doing much better than you give yourself credit for.?
*
We are now entering a deficit with this amazing lady to see what lies beneath this incredible physique she has built.??
*
It’s going to be epic??
