Some days you just don’t feel strong ?

I was buzzing to wake up Monday morning after an amazing day watching my coach and good friend @smithstrength1 compete on Sunday, he totally smashed it btw ??

However after no sleep due to an injury in my back, I headed in to coach and then train, feeling very tired and less than ready. Pre workout in and @cmfitness1 was buzzing and ready, new numbers from my coach set for the week so it was time to rock and roll ??

OR NOT! ????

I felt weak going in to both my bench and my squats. I failed on set two of my bench, everything hurt.

Sometimes you will have bad sessions and a number of factors can be due to this;
??Over training
??Lack of sleep
??Not consuming enough food/water
??Mood/metal state
??Plateau in training

Don’t be down if you have a bad session just look at the reasons why it may have been that way and make adjustments for it next time.

All in all I still felt I had a good workout by the end even hit a PB on my squat 115kg ????? and tried knee wraps for the first time which I secretly liked ? but this was mainly due to my awesome gym family ????
